PSB High Volume Replication bv. is a wholly owned subsidiary of PSB bv. Both companies are based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
PSB bv.
 PSB bv. was founded in 1985. It has always been a specialist in database technology, aiming to match and better the engineering quality of the biggest names in the industry. Originally PSB focused on the Ingres DBMS, quickly acquiring a reputation as a key center of in-depth Ingres knowledge for the Dutch market. Later PSB widened its focus to include other database products, for example data-warehousing tools, Oracle, Microsoft's SQL Server and more. For the website of PSB see here.
PSB High Volume Replication bv
 In 1995 PSB was assisting an important customer - the Royal TNT Post - with its data distribution requirements, and became aware of the chronic gap in the database market for robust and efficient database replication.
PSB built the High Volume Replicator (HVR) to solve this problem and formed a separate company called PSB High Volume Replication bv to develop, market and sell the product. The HVR has been quickly adopted in logistics, telecommunications and public sectors, and is now sold worldwide.
